Packing and Shipping:

Packing Your Seafood

First, your fillets are cut from the fish the day of shipping – not in advance. This policy ensures you will receive the freshest fish anywhere on the internet. Next, we vacuum seal and label your items to lock in the fresh seafood flavor. Finally, we carefully pack your seafood in a DOT-approved shipping cooler, complete with frozen gel packs and insulated packing material. We want your seafood to arrive fresh, cold, and delicious!
